Age & Minor Policy

Effective: October 15, 2026 · Version 18.0

1. The rule

• Creating an account or using Emofield is restricted to those 18 or older.
• At sign-up you confirm you meet the legal age; false declarations are violations and the account is closed once discovered.

2. How we enforce it

• Age declaration at sign-up, report review, and identity verification on suspicion.
• Any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately and its data deleted.

3. Content and minors — zero tolerance

• Any sexual content involving a minor — real, fictional, or a "young-looking" character — is totally prohibited and leads to permanent ban and authority reporting.
• Emofield personas are always adults in design and narrative; attempts to steer them toward minor narratives are refused and logged.

4. For parents and guardians

If you discover a minor using Emofield, report it immediately via the Reporting page and we will act at once.
