قواعد الحقوق الشخصية والشبه
١. المبدأ
وجه الإنسان وصوته ملكه. في Emofield لا نصنع شبيهًا رقميًا لشخص حقيقي — أي شخص — دون موافقته الصريحة الموثّقة.
٢. ما هو ممنوع
- طلب شخصية تُشبه شخصًا حقيقيًا محدّدًا (مشهورًا أو عاديًا) أو تُحاكي صوته أو صورته.
- رفع صور شخص حقيقي لاستخدامها كمرجع لشخصية دون موافقته.
- الادّعاء بأن شخصية خيالية هي شخص حقيقي، أو استخدام Emofield للتشهير بشخص حقيقي.
٣. الطريق الشرعي الوحيد: الاستنساخ الذاتي
إن أردت نسختك الرقمية الخاصة، فالطريق هو خدمة الاستنساخ الذاتي: أنت نفسك، بتحقّق هوية صارم وموافقة صريحة منك — ولا أحد سواك.
٤. الشخصيات العامة
الشهرة لا تعني الإباحة: الشخصيات العامة والأشخاص الحقيقيون عمومًا خارج النطاق ما لم يمنحونا هم أنفسهم موافقة موثّقة.
٥. الإنفاذ
- تُرفض طلبات الشبه غير الموثّق فورًا، وقد تُعلَّق الحسابات المتكررة.
- إن وجدت شخصية تنتهك شبهك أو شبه شخص تعرفه، أبلغ عبر صفحة الإبلاغ — نراجع ونزيل خلال 72 ساعة عادة.
Likeness & Personality-Rights Rules
1. The principle
A person's face and voice are theirs. In Emofield we do not create a digital likeness of a real person — anyone — without their explicit, verified consent.
2. What is prohibited
- Requesting a persona resembling a specific real person (famous or not) or mimicking their voice or image.
- Uploading a real person's photos to use as a persona reference without their consent.
- Claiming a fictional persona is a real person, or using Emofield to defame a real person.
3. The only legitimate path: self-clone
If you want your own digital twin, the path is the self-clone service: yourself, with strict identity verification and your explicit consent — no one else.
4. Public figures
Fame does not imply permission: public figures and real people in general are out of scope unless they personally grant us verified consent.
5. Enforcement
- Unverified likeness requests are refused immediately; repeat accounts may be suspended.
- If you find a persona violating your likeness or someone you know, report via the Reporting page — we review and remove, usually within 72 hours.
