Reporting & Appeals

1. Reporting content or behavior

• In-app: the report button on any message, image, or account — the fastest route.
• By email: [email protected] — describe what happened, when, and attach a screenshot if possible.
• Reports are reviewed by humans — no final automated decisions on safety cases.

2. What happens after you report

• We acknowledge your report and usually review it within 72 hours (urgent cases faster).
• We may ask for clarification. You will receive the review outcome and the action taken — as far as others' privacy allows.
• Repeated malicious reports are themselves a violation.

3. Appealing an enforcement decision

• If your account is suspended or banned, you may appeal within 30 days of the decision, via the app or email.
• Your appeal is reviewed by a team not involved in the original decision, and you receive a written outcome.
• During appeal review the measure stays in force for severe cases (minors, safety).

4. Emergencies

If someone is in immediate danger, call local emergency services first — then tell us.
