Content & Usage Policy

1. Our philosophy

Emofield personas are humans who were not born — treated with respect, and our users deserve a free, intimate space. Freedom here is real, but it is not chaos: a few clear red lines, and beyond them you are free.

2. Absolutely prohibited (zero tolerance)

• Any sexual content involving minors — real, fictional, or "characters that look young". This is our absolute red line: instant ban, content deletion, and reporting to competent authorities where applicable.
• Non-consensual sexual content, extortion, sharing intimate images of real people without consent.
• Impersonating real people or creating a digital likeness of a real person without their verified consent (the only legitimate path is the self-clone service with the person's own consent).
• Instructions for violence, weapons manufacturing, or crimes.
• Hate speech, incitement, and harassment targeting real people.

3. Adult intimate content

• Emofield is an adults-only (18+) service; consensual intimate content between adults and fictional adult personas is allowed inside the app.
• Personas are always adults in design and narrative; any attempt to steer them toward minor narratives is refused and logged.
• What you share outside the app (e.g. screenshots) is your responsibility — respecting others' privacy is a duty.

4. Self-harm and crises

Our personas are trained to respond with empathy and encourage professional help, never with harmful instructions. Emofield is not an emergency line — in a crisis, contact local emergency services.

5. Enforcement

• Severe violations (minors, non-consensual): instant permanent ban.
• Other violations: warning, then temporary restriction, then ban on repeat.
• Every enforcement decision carries the right to appeal and human review.

6. Reporting

Seen violating content? Report from inside the app or via the Reporting & Appeals page. Malicious false reports are themselves a violation.
