Billing & Refund Terms

1. The credit wallet

Credits are Emofield's internal currency. You buy packs or a subscription, and each delivered piece of content deducts its cost from your balance.

2. Charge-on-delivery

• Text message: 3 · voice clip: 15 · photo: 40 · teasing content: 80 · daring photo: 250 · custom content: 400 · calls: 25 per minute.
• Credits are deducted only at the moment content is delivered to you. Failed or interrupted generation = no charge.
• The free tier (20 messages + 1 voice + 1 photo) is for trying; daring content is never free.

3. Monthly subscription ($29.99)

• Grants 5,000 credits at the start of each billing cycle and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from Settings; your benefits continue until the end of the paid cycle, with no prorated refund for remaining days.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next cycle.

4. Refund policy

• Used credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase after manual review — refunded manually in crypto to your wallet.
• Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, via the original payment method.
• Subscriptions: the current cycle is refundable within 14 days of renewal if no paid benefits were used in it.
• Fraud, abuse, or Terms violations void refund eligibility.

5. Payment and taxes

• Payment goes through certified in-app payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
• Prices may include or add taxes depending on your country — the final amount is shown before you pay.
• Repeated payment failure may suspend paid benefits until the balance is settled.

6. Billing disputes

Spotted an unfamiliar charge? Write to us at [email protected] first before opening a bank dispute — most cases resolve within days.
